This coin is graded as MS63 by PCGS, and it received the "FH" or full-head designation, as the head of Miss Liberty is fully struck and exhibits a full hair line and the hole of the ear is visible.Ĭoin imaged 17 August 2011 Coin minted 1924 Coin designed 1917. This coin was minted at the Denver Mint, and the "D" mint mark is just above the date and to the left of Liberty's foot. The design was modified slightly in 1925 so that the date was set deeper in the design and would wear less.
